  • Commerce Subscriber: Product sales capabilities (subscription required)
  • Event Host: Event hosting capabilities (subscription required)

4. Platform Fee System

Fee Distribution Structure

Platform fees are distributed among participants based on their contribution to transactions, with portions allocated to:

  • Primary Participant: User who directly generated the transaction
  • Network Participant: Connected user in the network chain
  • Charitable Contribution: Automatic donation to selected charities
  • Platform Operations: Technology platform maintenance and development

Specific fee percentages may vary and are subject to change with notice to users.

5. Email and SMS Communications

Email Communications

  • Transactional Emails: We will send order confirmations, commission notifications, and security alerts
  • Marketing Emails: Promotional communications sent only with your consent
  • Unsubscribe Rights: You may opt out of marketing emails at any time

6. Acceptable Use Policy

7. Payment and Billing

8. Limitation of Liability

Platform provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for Terms of Service violations. Most account data is deleted within 30 days of termination.
